Maintenance-free V-belts.

Thanks to the use of innovative cord technology with minimum stretching, the raw-edged V-belts of the HEIYI cog belts are maintenance-free. Unlike conventional belts, HEIYI cog V-belts do not suffer from a significant loss in tension in the first few hours after installation.  These latest-generation maintenance-free EPDM belts are designed for a particularly long service life, thereby avoiding expensive standstill times due to re-tensioning, repairs, and replacement procedures.

Design

Polyester tensile cords with minimum stretching ensure stable tension during the entire service life. Blue adhesive layer for a particularly strong bond between the tensile cords and the rubber compound. Optimised moulded teeth for reduced bending stress and a higher degree of efficiency. Latest-generation EPDM rubber compound for a long service life and a wear resistant V-belt in extreme temperatures. The belts are UNISET, i.e. interchangeable.

The maintenance-free V-belt is available as a single belt or in a robust version.
