[Heiyi classroom] Wheat machine walking parts installation guide!

Today, we will explain the installation steps of the toothed belt of the walking part of the wheat machine for the operator. You are welcome to come here for reference.

Note: the relevant steps should be adjusted according to the actual situation!

Installation and debugging method of walking belt

1. Adjust the CVT wheel to the medium speed position, turn off the engine and turn off the switch

2. Take out the middle bolt of CVT, remove the oil cylinder and take out the old belt

3. Install the new Heiyi toothed belt

4. Measure the coplanarity of the power output and the CVT wheel with the backing plate, fix the end face of the CVT wheel with the backing plate and extend it to the end face of the power output. The gap between the power output and the backing plate is 0-6 mm, and the difference between the upper and lower gap is not more than 2 mm

5. If the difference between the upper and lower clearance of the power output and the backup plate is more than 2mm, it is necessary to adjust the lead screw of the CVT wheel bracket

6. Belt tension adjustment: adjust the middle lead screw of CVT to match the tension of vertical belt and horizontal belt. When the belt is stationary, press both sides of the belt by hand, and the pressing deflection should be 15-25mm

7. Start the vehicle, turn it off after 20 seconds, and check the tightness again

8. The vertical belt and horizontal belt are loose or tight at the same time, and adjust the middle screw

9. If the vertical belt is loose, the horizontal belt is tight, and the cylinder screw is adjusted to the short position until the tightness is consistent

10. If the vertical belt is tight, the horizontal belt is loose, and the cylinder screw is adjusted to the long position until the tightness is consistent

11. After adjustment, start the vehicle, adjust the CVT to high speed gear, increase the throttle for 20 seconds and stop the machine, and check the tightening degree (the adjustment method is the same as above)

12. After adjustment, start the vehicle, adjust the CVT to low speed, increase the throttle for 20 seconds and stop the machine, and check the tightening degree (the adjustment method is the same as above)
