Removing debris

3. Clean and wash the surface of the harvester.

Lubrication system maintenance

1. Lubrication shall be carried out in strict accordance with the lubrication position, period and oil type specified in the lubrication diagram and table of the combine harvester's random instructions;

2. Clean oil nozzles, oil caps, lubricating parts and the surrounding dust and oil before lubrication;

3. Check the sealing status and working temperature of the sealing bearing frequently. If oil leakage or abnormal temperature rise is found, replace the oil seal in time;

4. Lubricating oil should be dripped into the live parts of each tie rod and lever mechanism in time;

5. Remove the chain, after cleaning, soak it in tallow or paraffin wax at 60-70℃ for about 15 minutes, and ensure that the chain sleeve, pins and rollers are adequately lubricated before proper storage;

6. After the harvest, all the oil in the gearbox should be released. After cleaning, the oil should be precipitated.

Several parts should be removed and kept separately

1. Remove the sieve and keep it carefully after cleaning;

2. Remove all transmission belts and keep them in a dry and cool room;

3. Remove the chain, sleeve, pin and roller to get sufficient lubrication, and then properly keep them;

4. Remove the battery and store it in a dry room. It must be charged every month.

5. After cleaning, grease the speed plate, speed change shaft, tool guard beam and cutting knife of the CVT;

6. the reaper tire pressure to the specified value (generally 1 kg), the tire off the ground;

7. Check whether there is anything on the machine that needs to be repaired. If there is, repair it in time.

Waterproofing and storage

1. In winter, please empty the cooling water in the engine and water tank before putting the machine into storage.Correct water discharge method: open the water tank cover, put it aside, then turn on all water discharge switches (including water tank, engine body and water discharge switch with oil cooler). After the water is discharged, start the engine to idle for 20-30 seconds (to prevent water storage at the engine pump from freezing and cracking the pump shell) and then turn off the fire.

2. the machine should be parked in a dry warehouse, as far as possible not in the outdoor.Open storage, it is best to use canvas to cover the whole machine or engine, in order to prevent wind and rain rain corrosion.Do not store chemical fertilizer and other chemicals in the warehouse at the same time.
