How to deal with the maintenance steps after agricultural machinery flooded

If the agricultural machinery is not cleaned and maintained in time, it will seriously endanger the performance and service life of the machinery. Agricultural machinery is widely used in farmland. In the near future, how to deal with the flooding of agricultural machinery? What are the maintenance procedures? What should we pay attention to before use?

The method of treating the influent machine is as follows:

1. When the machine is flooded, it is forbidden to start the machine. If you want to buy insurance, please contact the insurance company at the first time;

2. Try to pull the machine to the open and flat ground, and contact the service personnel of the purchasing agency in time.

Maintenance steps:

1. Clean the debris and mud on the machine.

2. Electrical appliances: dry the connectors separately or blow dry them with a blower, check the fuse, connectors and other electrical appliances and equipment for damage, and confirm whether there is short circuit and other phenomena. If it is impossible to determine, please replace the relevant electrical appliances;

3. Oil circuit: replace the fuel, clean the low pressure oil circuit and replace the fuel filter element;

4. Hydraulic: check the hydraulic system, and replace the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter element in the hydraulic oil tank and gearbox if there is water;

5. Engine:

(1) Check the intake pipe and air filter element of the engine. Clean the intake pipe and replace the air filter if there is water;

(2) Remove all engine glow plugs or spark plugs and run the starting motor to drain the water in the cylinder（ Confirm the electrical appliances in good condition before implementation);

(3) Change engine oil and oil filter element;

After the above items are confirmed, install the glow plug or spark plug, start the engine, run for about 10 minutes, and then change the oil, oil filter and hydraulic oil filter again. Until there is no emulsification in the oil, at the same time, check the oil frequently. If there is emulsification, replace the oil and filter element immediately.
