3, check whether the seedling needle and planting fork are out of shape, if out of shape, can be corrected with a flat screwdriver. Will insert planting fork sled open mouth, seedling needle sled straight and parallel, insert planting forklift and seedling needle gap in about 1 mm.

4. Check and adjust the clearance and sensitivity of the main clutch handle pull wire, the transplanting handle pull wire, the lifting handle pull wire and the steering clutch pull wire. If the clearance is not sensitive or the clearance is too large, the adjusting nut will be adjusted. At the same time, a few drops of oil are added to these cable holes to increase flexibility.

5. When finishing work every day, the machine will be moved to the bank, and the mud and debris on the rice transplanter will be washed with water first, and then returned to the garage.

6. As mentioned above, check and correct the shape and gap of seedling needle and planting fork and smear with butter. At the same time, smear butter on the upper and lower track and each moving part.

7. Check the engine oil surface, fuel tank oil surface, hydraulic oil surface, not enough to add.

8. In the rubber plug hole of the planting bracket and the planting arm, add an appropriate amount of mixed oil of 1:1 ratio of butter and oil.

9. When the transplanter enters the warehouse, all the moving parts, screws and metal parts shall be daubed with butter to prevent rust; Each operating handle is in the disconnecting and descending position. Put a few drops of oil on the cable.
