Principle of using and replacing harvester belt

Harvester is a good helper for farmers in crop harvest, and a set of high-quality harvester belts play a crucial role in harvester. The following is a brief introduction to the use and replacement principles of the harvester belt:

1. Before installation, check whether the harvester driving wheel, passive wheel and tensioning wheel are on one plane. If not on one plane, it shall be adjusted to meet the requirements before installation and tension. The tensioning wheel shall be loosened first during loading and unloading, or the wheel plate at the end of the pole free speed change shall be removed first, and the belt of the harvester shall be installed or removed. When the belt of new harvester is too tight to be loaded and unloaded, it is necessary to remove a pulley first, then install the pulley after it is put on or off, and it shall not be unloaded hard. Generally, sb/sc joint belt shall be unloaded and loaded after the pulley is removed.

2. The tension of the belt of the combine is adjusted by the tension pulley. Too tight belt will cause serious belt wear, and too loose will easily cause slip, which will cause serious wear and even burn of the harvester belt. When the distance between two wheels is about 1 m, press the middle of the triangle with your fingers, and it should drop 10-20 mm vertically. Check the tension of the harvester belt during use and adjust it at any time.

3. After the harvester belt fails, it shall be replaced in time. If multiple belts are combined, if one or part of the belts fails, several other belts shall be replaced at the same time, and the new and old belts cannot be used together.
