The spring ploughing season every year is the busiest time for the major agricultural machinery cooperatives and large agricultural machinery households in Guiyang. "Hundreds of mu of arable land, ridging and ditching services have been completed, and it is estimated that more than 20000 mu will be cultivated in spring this year." Xiuwen County yuanze agricultural machinery services farmers professional cooperatives chairman Zhang yuanze said. Since its establishment eight years ago, the cooperative has absorbed 32 farmers' manipulators, and has more than 70 sets of tractors, harvesters, rotary tillers, ditching machines, ridging machines, lawn mowers and other agricultural machinery. The scope of operation not only covers many areas of Xiuwen, but also extends to Xifeng, Qingzhen and other surrounding areas. The annual service income is between 700000 and 800000 yuan.

"The use of agricultural machinery has not only greatly improved the efficiency of agricultural production, brought economic benefits to the cooperatives, but also greatly promoted the development of the industry." In order to give full play to the main role of agricultural machinery in spring farming production, Guiyang has put in place 950000 yuan of central agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in 2021, including 150000 yuan for Wudang District, Qingzhen City, Kaiyang County, Xifeng County and guanshanhu District, and 200000 yuan for Xiuwen County. Guiyang will make good use of the subsidy policy for the purchase of live agricultural machinery in accordance with the implementation plan for the purchase of agricultural machinery in Guizhou Province from 2018 to 2020, and handle timely payment subsidies for agricultural machinery urgently needed for spring farming production. The objects of subsidy are individuals engaged in agricultural production and agricultural production and operation organizations.

In order to ensure production safety, agricultural and rural departments at all levels in Guiyang have organized and carried out market sales, reserve investigation and safety inspection of agricultural machinery in advance, trained and improved the skills of agricultural machinery operators, and conducted technical guidance in the field.
