Inspection method:
1. Artificial cotton and artificial silk fabrics have the characteristics of soft feel, breathable and comfortable wearing, and bright dyeing.
2. Artificial fiber fabrics have excellent moisture absorption properties, which are better in chemical fibers. But its wet strength is very low, only about 50% of its dry strength, and the fabric has a high shrinkage rate. Therefore, it is better to shrink it in advance before cutting.
3. Ordinary viscose fabrics have the characteristics of good drape, poor stiffness, resilience, and wrinkle resistance, so their clothing has poor shape retention and is prone to wrinkles.
4. Viscose fiber fabrics have good properties, are not afraid of sunlight, and are not afraid of other products.

If the triangular belt is too loose, it is easy to slip, increase the wear of the triangular belt, and even cannot transmit power; If it is too tight, it will cause the triangular belt to stretch and deform, which is easy to damage. It can also cause excessive force on the engine main bearings and clutch bearings, accelerating the wear of the triangular belt.
Accurate inspection method: Apply about 2 kilograms of vertical pressure to the middle of each tape, with a sinking amount of 20-30 millimeters. If not appropriate, make timely adjustments.
3. Select the correct model: The selected model should be compatible with the selected triangular belt, otherwise the rubber belt may have abnormal situations in the pulley groove. When replacing the triangular belt, bring the old belt to the agricultural machinery department for purchase to avoid purchasing the wrong model
4. Accurate installation: Before installation, if the distance between the two shafts is an adjustable structure, the middle distance should be shortened first, and then the middle distance should be adjusted according to the requirements after the tape is installed; If the distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, a triangular belt can be inserted into the wheel groove first, and then the other pulley can be rotated to install a set of triangular belts using the same method. During installation, it is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull on the triangular tape to prevent it from extending, loosening, or tightening
5. Daily maintenance: According to the technical requirements of the user manual, try to avoid sudden starting and braking as much as possible; Frequent overload operations should also be prevented; During long-term shutdown, the triangular belt should be removed and stored separately.
6. Do not mix old and new: It is necessary to prepare 2-3 or more rubber belts, and replace them when necessary. The specified model of v belts should be selected, and each group of v belts should have the same tightness. It is not allowed to mix new and old v belts or reduce the number of pieces. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular belts will be uneven, and even the old triangular belts will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the lifespan of the triangular belts.
