1. The V-belt used in the harvester is the belt that matches the belt pulley to realize transmission. If the bottom surface of the belt contacts with the bottom surface of the pulley groove and causes friction, it is proved that the two do not match or wear occurs. At this time, one of the two should be replaced according to the situation.

2. When the harvester is working, the pulley should not swing too much. If there is any abnormality, check it in time. If the swing is too large, check whether the pulley plate is deformed, whether the pulley is installed properly, whether the belt shaft is bent and whether the bearing is worn, and then eliminate it.

3. The tension of the V-belt should be adjusted properly. If the V-belt is too loose, it will slip and can not effectively drive the power. It should be checked and adjusted frequently to avoid excessive wear, stretching and shortening the service life of the belt. At the same time, attention should be paid to prevent the belt from occupying oil and slipping.

4. If the harvester is not used for a long time, the V-belt should be relaxed, removed and kept separately. It should be kept in a cool and dry place. When hanging, it should be rolled as much as possible.

5. Generally speaking, the V-belt and V-belt are used together. If one of them is damaged and needs to be replaced, the others should be replaced together. It is not allowed to mix the new and old ones.
