1. The v belt should be kept clean during transportation and storage to avoid direct sunlight and rain and snow. Contact with substances that affect the quality of rubber such as acids, alkalis, and oil solvents, and be located 1 meter away from the heating device.

2. The operating speed of the v belt should not exceed 5.0 meters per second when transporting materials with large block size and high wear resistance, and when using a fixed plow type unloading device, low speed should be used as much as possible. Exceeding the specified speed will affect the service life of the tape.

3. During storage, the v belt must be placed in rolls and cannot be folded. During storage, it should be flipped once a season.

4. During storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be maintained between -15 ℃ -+40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%.

After the installation of the v belt, it is necessary to conduct an installation inspection. During the inspection, a straight pressure of about 2 kilograms should be applied by hand in the middle of each tape, and the sinking amount should be (20-30) millimeters. If it is not in order, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. When replacing double or more triangular tapes with new and old ones, regular types of triangular tapes should be selected, and the tightness of each group of triangular tapes should be common. It is necessary to avoid mixing new and old tapes or reducing the number of tapes. If the force on the new and old triangular tapes is uneven, it will make the old triangular tapes ineffective, affect power transmission, and shorten the service time of the triangular tapes.

Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular belts will be uneven, and even the old triangular belts will not work, to avoid affecting the transmission of power and the use of machinery.

4. Strictly prevent contamination. During use, it is necessary to strictly prevent oil and mud stains on the triangular belt, avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis, and prevent early damage caused by slipping and corrosion of the triangular belt.
