Causes of rubber belt slipping:

1. The diffuser is slipping. Cause: The friction plate is stained with oil and the wear of the friction plate is severe; The compression spring becomes weak or breaks. Solution: If the friction plate is stained with oil, the diffuser should be removed, washed with gasoline and dried. If the spring force weakens or breaks, the evacuation lever should be adjusted and a new spring should be replaced.

2. The rubber belt is too loose, and the wear of the triangular belt is severe. The advantages of the triangular belt are that the appearance of the triangular belt or pulley has oil stains. Key to lifting: If the triangular belt is too loose, move the diesel engine forward and tighten the corner screws, or adjust the towing wheel. The tension of the triangular belt should be applied by applying a force of approximately 2 kilograms with the thumb at the midpoint of the tight edge span, and the belt should sink by 8-12 millimeters; The triangular belt should be replaced due to severe wear and tear; If there is oil stains on the appearance of the triangular belt or pulley, it should be wiped clean with a dry cloth.

3. Difficult shifting or inability to shift. Cause: The evacuation of the diffuser is unclear; The position difference between the shift lever and the pull rod was discussed, and the fork was not in place. The shift lever and the pin shaft were detached. Key points for lifting: If the evacuation of the diffuser is unclear, it is necessary to adjust the diffuser; If the fork cannot be pulled in place, the position of the shift lever and lever should be adjusted to ensure that the fork is pulled in place.

4. Twisted V-belt. Cause: The two pulleys are not aligned. Key to lifting: Adjust the position and model of the triangular belt of the diesel engine, and align the two pulleys with the triangular belt.

5. The evacuation of the diffuser is unclear. Cause: The pedal stroke of the diffuser is too large or too small; Insufficient compression stroke of the evacuation lever or three evacuation levers not in a unified plane. Key points for lifting: In the former environment, the free travel of the diffuser rod should be adjusted to reach 30-50 millimeters; The latter environment should mediate the gap between the three evacuation levers and the evacuation bearing plane (0.2-0.4 mm), that is, within a unified plane.

6. Automatic disengagement. Cause: Insufficient force of the fork spring; Inadequate gear engagement; The positioning groove of the fork shaft is worn. Key to lifting: If the gear is not in place, it is necessary to adjust the pull rod for discussion, so that the fork is in place and the positioning groove is worn. The fork shaft can be moved 90 degrees.


Possible causes of triangular belt overturning include incorrect belt and pulley, misaligned pulley, severe wear on pulley groove, low tension, excessive vibration, and foreign objects entering pulley groove. Solution: Re select the belt and pulley, re align the pulley, replace the pulley, re tension, use the loose edge of the transmission system belt to tension the pulley or use a combination belt, clean foreign objects, and protect the drive.

Possible causes of breakage and cracks (brittleness) at the bottom of the V-belt belt include mismatched position and size of the outer tensioning pulley, abnormal belt slipping, too small pulley diameter, high ambient temperature, too low ambient temperature, and chemical contamination.

The possible cause of expansion or softening of the V-belt belt is contamination by lubricating oil, grease, or chemicals. Solution: Protect the transmission from pollution sources: optimbeltSuperTXM=S or optimelt special structure "05". Before installing a new belt, clean the pulley groove with gasoline or alcohol.


The functions of the triangular belt are relatively resilient, and can also be used in some addresses that require good rotational speeds. The correct inspection method is:

Apply a straight pressure of about 2 kilograms by hand in the middle of each tape, with a sinking amount of (20-30) millimeters as appropriate. If it is not in order, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. When replacing double or more triangular tapes with new and old ones, regular types of triangular tapes should be selected, and each group of triangular tapes should have the same tightness. It is prohibited to mix new and old tapes or reduce the number of tapes used. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular tapes will be uneven, and even the old triangular tapes will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the lifespan of the triangular tapes.
