If the center distance between the two axles is an adjustable structure before installing the joint v belt, the center distance should be shortened first, and then the center distance should be adjusted according to the requirements after the tape is installed; If the center distance between the two axles is not adjustable, a triangular belt can be inserted into the wheel groove first, and then the other pulley can be rotated to install the rubber v belt. Use the same method to install a set of triangular belts.

Ordinary rubber toothed belts are generally composed of a covering layer, an extension layer (top glue), a layer (tensile layer), and a compression layer (bottom glue):

1.The fabric layer is composed of plain rubber canvas (mainly cotton canvas and polyester cotton canvas) cut at an angle of 45 °, which has excellent elasticity and friction. It can connect various parts into a whole, protect other parts from wear and corrosion, and increase the stiffness of the V-belt.

2. Stretch rubber layer, which is composed of rubber material with good elasticity and excellent stretching performance, bears the tensile stress of V-belt during operation and bending, and plays a buffering and protective role on the layer.

3. The main types of V-belt skeletons include polyester wire rope, polyester tempered palm silk, aramid wire rope, and impregnated cord fabric. Their function is to withstand the tensile and other stresses generated by the V-belt during operation, and they are the main load-bearing part of the V-belt transmission process.

4. Buffer adhesive, a triangular toothed belt with a polyester tempered brown silk core or a wire rope core, has a layer of adhesive material with good adhesion strength around the layer. It plays a role in fixing the core and can absorb the dynamic shear stress generated by frequent deformation of the triangular belt during operation.

5. Compression adhesive layer, which is composed of rubber materials with excellent bending fatigue resistance, bears the compressive stress generated by the operation of the V-belt during turning, maintains the stiffness and elasticity of the V-belt, and plays a role in increasing the cross-section of the V-belt and the friction contact surface with the pulley, and improving the transmission speed.

The correct use is also beneficial for extending the service life of the toothed belt. The correct method for using the triangular belt is as follows:

1.Model to be upright: We use various types of rubber v belts such as A, B, C, D, E, etc. The selected belt should be upright with the pulley of the agricultural machinery.

2. Appropriate tension: During homework, check the tension of the belt every time. Gently move and transfer the passive pulley by hand, and the belt can rotate without slipping, proving that the tension meets the requirements. If the belt is too tight or too loose, it will have a low lifespan and facilitate the crushing of bearings, as well as a low power output.

3. Belt should not be contaminated with oil: V-belts are made by bonding multiple layers of rubber and fiber threads. Rubber contaminated with diesel, gasoline, and engine oil can easily spoil and cause delamination and deformation.

4. Wheel grooves should be smooth: Newly purchased agricultural machinery should have a price difference before placement to ensure that the wheel grooves are smooth. If there are burrs, a file should be used to smooth them, otherwise the belt will be easily worn.

5. Unified model: Agricultural machinery should use two or more triangular belts at the same time, and it is not allowed to arbitrarily eliminate the number of belts. When replacing, they should be replaced at the same time, and the model should be unified. Otherwise, the elongated old belt or large belt will not affect it, and only the new belt or small belt will be under actual force, which will accelerate the wear of the belt and affect the transmission and obedience.
