Joint Rubber belts are widely used in agricultural machinery. The standardized rubber v belt has a trapezoidal cross-section and no joints throughout the entire circle. It can be divided into 7 types: O type, A type, B type, C type, D type, E type, and F type. The cross-sectional area of the belt gradually increases from O type to F type. The selection of belt model is determined based on the transmitted power and belt speed, which involves many knowledge.


The selected model should be compatible with the selected rubber v belt, otherwise the rubber v belt may have abnormal situations in the pulley groove. When replacing with a triangular belt, it is best to bring the old triangular belt to the agricultural machinery department for purchase to avoid making mistakes in the model.


Before the correct installation of the joint rubber v belt, if the center distance between the two axles can be adjusted, the center distance should be shortened. After the belt is installed, the center distance should be adjusted according to the requirements; If the center distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, a triangular belt can be inserted into the wheel groove first, and then the other pulley can be rotated to install the triangular belt. Use the same method to install a set of triangular belts. During installation, it is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull on the triangular belt to prevent it from extending, loosening, or tightening.


When installing belt pulleys in a series of grooves, the centers of the two upper pulleys need to be aligned, otherwise it will cause the triangular belt to work unilaterally, cause severe wear, and reduce the service life of the triangular belt.

The tightness of the V-belt needs to be regularly checked and adjusted to meet the requirements. If the rubber v belt is too loose, it is not only easy to slip, but also increases the wear of the triangular belt, and even cannot transmit power; If it is too tight, it not only causes the triangular belt to stretch and deform, which is easy to damage, but also causes the clutch bearing of the engine's main bearing to wear out due to excessive tension. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms to the middle of each belt by hand, with a sinking amount of (20-30 millimeters). If it is not appropriate, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.


When two or more new and old belts need to be replaced, a specified model of triangular belt should be selected, and the tightness of each group of triangular belts should be consistent. It is not allowed to mix new and old belts or reduce the number of belts used. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular belts will be uneven, and even the old rubber belts will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the service life of the triangular belts.


Strictly prevent contamination. During use, it is necessary to strictly prevent the triangular belt from being contaminated with mud, water, and oil, and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis, in order to prevent slipping and corrosion of the triangular belt and early damage.


Daily maintenance machine operators and users should master the correct operating essentials during normal driving, follow the technical requirements of the user manual, and try to avoid sudden starting and braking as much as possible; Also, it is necessary to prevent frequent overload operations. If it is not used for a long time, the triangular belt should be removed and stored separately.


The selection of the model of the joint triangular belt industrial belt is not arbitrary, but needs to be determined based on the size of the transmitted power.

1. Select the model. The selected model should be suitable for the agricultural machinery triangular belt pulley groove used, otherwise abnormal situations may occur in the agricultural machinery triangular belt pulley groove during operation. When replacing the triangular belt of agricultural machinery, you should bring the old tape to the agricultural machinery department to purchase it, in order to avoid mistaking the model.

2. Install correctly. Before installation, if the center distance between the two axles is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened. After the agricultural machinery triangle belt is installed, the center distance should be adjusted according to the requirements; If the center distance between the two axles is not adjustable, you can first insert a set of connected triangular belts into a wheel groove, then rotate the other pulley to install the agricultural machinery triangular belt, and use the same method to install a set of agricultural machinery triangular belts. During installation, it is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull on the rubber belt to prevent it from extending, loosening, or tightening.

3. Prevent slotting. When installing belt pulleys, the centers of the two belt pulleys must be aligned, otherwise it will cause the triangular belt of agricultural machinery to work unilaterally, wear severely, and even string grooves, reducing the service life of the triangular belt.
