Banded V belts are commonly used transmission components, and they need to be matched with corresponding pulleys to achieve transmission. Compared with ordinary flat belts, the combined rubber belt is embedded in the ring groove of the pulley, making it difficult to separate from the pulley and able to withstand corresponding lateral forces. The banded rubber belt is formed by multiple rubber v belts in width, which have good strength and separation resistance. It is widely used in heavy-duty situations. The existing Chinese utility model with the announcement number CN2740812Y discloses a pumping unit connecting belt, which includes a C-type rubber belt. The C-type rubber belt is equipped with a continuous thickening layer outside, and the thickening layer connects each single C-type rubber belt into one. However, it is difficult to firmly combine multiple C-shaped rubber belts solely by thickening the layer, and during use, the belts of the combined rubber belts are prone to tearing and separation.


In response to the shortcomings of the existing technology, the purpose of this utility model is to provide a combined triangular belt, which is not easy to tear and separate between the belts during operation. The above technical purpose is achieved through the following technical solution: a combined rubber v belt, which includes multiple compression layers for contacting with the belt pulley, and also includes an extension layer. The multiple compression layers are fixed on the same end face of the extension layer and integrated with the extension layer, and the compression layer and extension layer are wrapped with a wrapping layer. Through the above technical solution, the compression layer is used to contact the belt pulley, and the wrapping layer plays a role in protecting the compression layer and the extension layer. What principles should be followed for the replacement of rubber belts?

1. Metric and English system replacement: At first, we all knew that the dimensions of triangular belts can be divided into metric and English systems. Therefore, we should first judge whether there is substitutability between the two types of triangular belts based on the dimensions of metric and English systems, of course, referring to between rubber belts of the same model. The relationship between the English and metric systems is: 1 inch=25.4mm. However, due to the different representations of triangle belt models, when converting to metric and English systems, except for the ordinary rubber belt conversion coefficient of 25.4, the rubber v belt coefficient of all other models is 2.54. However, because the manufacturing reference system for rubber v belts is different, it is not necessary to choose based on theoretical conversion results, and a difference of several tens of millimeters is also allowed.

2. Replacement between different types of rubber belts: Whether two different types of rubber belts can be replaced with each other depends on their cross-sectional dimensions. If the cross-sectional dimensions of two types of rubber belts are the same, then these two types of rubber belts can basically be replaced with each other.

3. The replacement of a banded belt before a single rubber belt has high stability and the possibility of the rubber belt moving and flipping on the wheel. It is mostly used on equipment installed vertically on the shaft, and the first two principles of substitutability are also applicable between joint triangular belts. If not specified, single rubber belts and combined rubber belts of the same model can also be replaced with each other.

4. The above two replacement principles are equally applicable to the replacement of toothed v belts.


When installing the rubber belt, the following points should be noted:

1. The parallelism of the two pulleys of the triangular belt must comply with regulations.

2. The centerline of the groove corresponding to the two pulleys should correspond.

3. The tension of each triangle belt in the same group should be consistent.

4. The corresponding gap between the groove bottom of the triangular pulley and the belt should be maintained according to regulations.

5. Rubber v belt transmission should generally be equipped with protective barriers or covers to prevent accidents.
